  1. wish you all the best for your 365 art challenge, lots of energy and creative ideas!Best from a fellow artist who went thru this amazing experience myself last year, best,Elke

    • OMG!!! You are my idol!! I followed you on pinterest for the whole year! You are what got the crazy idea into my head!!! I don’t know you, yet I feel like I really know you! Awesome! Did you write at all during your 365? Would love to know more about your experience…I only have a visual account of your 365! Thanks for checking in. It made my day :)

  2. Mary, you are so inspiring. Love your use of color. Awesome! I can’t remember if you were this creative in first grade. Thanks for sharing your amazing art with the world. sgeorgiev

    • Oh so awesome to hear from you!!! My first grade teacher!!! Thank you for your kind words and for checking in…and yes drawing the picture on my writing pages was my favorite school activity…and later, Mr. Hager’s “special art” class. I got to leave the mundane academics behind and go to an extra hour of art class a week. I still remember how proud I was! I hope all is well with you!

  3. Mary, it’s so much fun to check your website. You are so creative. I am learning so much. I’ve introduced your site to my 13 year old adopted granddaughter. She is inspired by you too. She has produced some fun pieces. We love to see what you are doing next. Keep up the great work. We love it. Susan Georgiev

  4. Mary, Thank you for sharing your incredible talent & creativity with the world. I have enjoyed following your journey so much. I can’t wait to hear what you will be doing next. You are amazing, girl!! Love and best wishes with your next adventure. Sue Geogiev

  5. Mary, I wish to echo the sentiments and accolades of so many others who have written comments before me about your amazing talent and creativity. Your eye for color is really awesome! I happened to discover (and that is the right word) your work just because I needed to get driving directions to Berger’s Appliances and stopped into The Framing Gallery. After seeing your work, I am truly inspired. I love the idea of “Be Creative Mary 365.” I hope you won’t mind that your idea, your art and creativity has inspired me to create a website for writers? I will send you another reply about this once the idea comes together.

Today, I bought one of your lovely necklaces. I will be returning to The Framing Gallery soon to purchase other jewelry items for special occasions.

It sounds like your project, “Be Creative,” was a resounding success, too. All the best wishes,
    Joan Rashid

    • Hi Joan, I am touched that you would take the time to write me. Thank you. A website for writers? I think the world needs plenty more creativity! It feels great to know that I can light a fire inside others. More like a blessing. I find all of us have grand ideas and dreams, but the DOING is so darn hard. So many distractions and sometimes doubts. My advice is to hold yourself accountable, declare your dreams to every person you know, so that they can hold you accountable. Somehow, putting it out there is how you make it real. Good luck to you, and if you haven’t already, select to follow my blog via email. You’ll get plenty more posts and adventures from me!
